1. Sales Engineer

Are you looking for a career that integrates your engineering expertise with your excellent business communication skills in a sales environment? Synergy Microwave Corporation is looking for exceptional Sales Engineers. You will drive technical account strategy and write proposals and specs to win strategic deals. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to solidify Synergy Microwave's strategic partnerships across a variety of product lines. Ideal candidates must have detailed technical knowledge, preferably of communications technologies and wireless products. Candidates must also have excellent communications skills and sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver articulate, effective, and audience-appropriate presentations and demonstrations that highlight Synergy's products and technologies.
  • Drive the technical deal signoff process with engineering and finance teams.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on improving existing products and developing new products.
  • Prepare presentations detailing product offerings and project deliverables and timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of technical sales experience
  • Previous engineering experience preferred
  • Proven track record of selling solutions
  • Knowledge of RF technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with external clients in a sales environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills conducive to team development
  • Ability to interface with engineering teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

2. Senior Synthesizer / PLL Design Engineer

Qualifications:

  • MS degree or higher.
  • 5 years experience in the design of RF and Microwave Synthesizers
  • Sound knowledge of related CAD methods
  • Hands on experience in all synthesizer related field (CAD, PCB, detail circuits, relevant programming)

3. Design Engineer

Qualifications:
  • BS degree or higher
  • 5 years experience in the design of RF and Microwave
  • Hands on experience in PCB layout on a PC
  • Knowledge in amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, both theory and practice
  • Knowledge and interest in CAD
